DELIVERY
We are committed to improve our service and our customers' shopping experience. We can deliver our goods to most countries in the world. Under normal circumstances, it takes us 1-2 work days to process your order. After the goods are shipped, we will send a notification including the tracking number through E-mail.

You can see the accurate delivery time to your country in the check-out procedure. Once the parcel is handed to the courier service, we nolonger have the ability to change, cancel or accelerate it. There might be delays due to holidays, customs declaration process, or unpredictable local inconveniences (weather, strikes etc.)

CAUTION
We are not responsible for failed delivery due to erroneous shipping addresses or missing phone numbers from the original order. We are also not responsible if you ignored any pickup notice from the shipping carrier or missed to pay the custom fees, resulting in the loss or return of the package. In this case, we can issue you a store voucher on request once the parcel returned to us (the shipping & duties will be deducted from the total amount). We will not be held liable for misplace or lost package by shipping carrier.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES
You may be charged import duties and taxes by your local customs authority when your parcel is received into your country.
