Please inform us of your request for a refund, return or exchange within 14 days after you receive the goods. You can contact our customer support via E-mail using the subject "Return #yourordernumber"

Our return department will respond to your questions as fast as possible. We will offer you the instruments and return address according to your specific requirements.

We don’t provide free return labels, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service.

You have to bear the cost for the return and the redelivery including any applicable custom charges. You must keep the reciept and tracking number of your returned parcel until we confirm that we received the goods. We don’t take any responsibility for lost parcels whilst being returned to us.

After receiving the returned goods, we will arrange the exchange or refund.

The shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount returned, unless the items were sent wrong or with a defect. We will issue the refund to the same payment method used to purchase. 

Defective items must be reported within 14 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not accept the return and not issue any refund. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. In this case we will arrange and cover the costs of a replacement or issue you a storevoucher. 

Our returns department has the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet the original condition. In this instance, the returned item WILL NOT be sent back to the consumer.

• Tags remain attached to garments.
• Garments are unworn, unwashed and unstained (makeup, deodorant etc.)
