HOW TO DO A RETURN

If you are not satisfied with your new AMADA, we offer the option to return/ exchange your order within 14 days of your delivery date.

In order for your item(s) to be accepted upon return it must meet the following criteria:

  1. must be unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with tags attached.
  2. must be free of perfume, body odor, deodorant or washing powder.
  3. must be free of make-up, tan marks, glitter and pet hair.
  4. must not be final sale (items discounted 40% or more)

Please note; AMADA has the right to reject returns that do not meet the above requirements. In this case, the items will NOT be sent back to you unless fees will be recovered. 

We are not required to process any returns unless we have sufficient shipping evidence such as a tracking number. Delivery fees are non refundable. Rewards points and Discount codes are non refundable and are forfeited if the items are returned. 

 

Step 1:
Please inform us of your request for a refund, return or exchange within 14 days after you receive the goods. You can contact our customer support via E-mail  service@amadawear.com using the subject "Return #yourordernumber"

Our return department will respond to your questions within 72h. We will offer you the instruments and return address according to your specific requirements.


Step 2:
Send your return parcel back to either of our warehouse addresses using your preferred courier service.
We don’t provide free return labels.

You have to bear the cost for the return including any applicable custom charges. You must keep the reciept and tracking number of your returned parcel until we confirm that we received the goods. We don’t take any responsibility for lost parcels whilst being returned to us.

You can send your return parcel to any of our warehouse addresses in 
Switzerland, Germany or United Arab Emirates. 

Step 3:
After receiving the returned goods, we will arrange the exchange or refund to the same payment methode used to purchase.
The shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount returned, unless the items were sent wrong or with a defect.
 A return fee of 7 Є/CH/₤ will be deducted from the refund value for orders that were send with free shipping. 
Please allow us up to 14 business days, after recieving the return item, to proccess and refund/ exchange your order. 

Exchanges
We only offer one exchange per order. If you are returning an exchange, this will be eligible for store credit only. You can request exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, as long as it has the same price value. 

First Order Exchange Policy: We offer a free exchange-re-shipping for orders within Switzerland, Germany and UK on the first order placed. 

AMADA does not guarantee stock for your exchange order, it is subject to availability. Your exchange order will only be processed once your return arrived back to us and passed the quality check.

Defective & Incorrect Items
Defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not accept the return and not issue any refund. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 7days of receiving your package. In this case we will arrange and cover the costs of a replacement or issue you a storevoucher.
