Shipping policy

We ship from London, United Kingdom, with fully tracked services and can deliver our goods to most countries in the world. Under normal circumstances, it takes us 0 - 1 work day to process your order and prepare it for shipping. After the goods are shipped, we will send you the tracking number for your order via email.

You can see the accurate delivery time and cost to your country on the check-out page. Once the parcel is handed to the courier service, we no longer have the ability to change, cancel or accelerate it. There might be delays due to holidays, or unpredictable local inconveniences (weather, strikes etc.)

Failed Deliveries
We are not responsible for failed delivery due to erroneous shipping addresses or missing phone numbers from the original order. We are also not responsible if you ignored any pickup notice from the shipping carrier or missed to pay the customs fees, resulting in the loss or return of the package. In this case, we can issue you a store voucher on request once the parcel returned to us (the shipping & duties will be deducted from the total amount). We will not be held liable for misplaced or lost packages by shipping carrier.
